Staff

Limoncello can provide professional staff to help with all aspects of your event, from setting the room, serving canapes, dinner, drinks, operating a cloak room, meeting and greeting guests and clearing the room afterwards.


RATES FOR STAFF HIRE

Chef – £90.00 + VAT
Staff – £90.00 + VAT per staff member for a minimum 5-hour shift, then £18.00 + VAT per hour thereafter. Our staff will arrive one hour before your event to set up, and remain at the event to serve and clean up afterwards.


STAFF FOR A SIT DOWN MEAL

We recommend 1 staff member per 10 guests for a sit-down meal.


STAFF FOR CANAPÉS OR BUFFET

We recommend 1 staff member per every 15-20 guests for a canapé or buffet event. If our staff are also required to serve drinks around the room, an extra staff member may be required.
