Night Tales
Occupying over 9,000 square feet and accommodating up to 600 guests, Night Tales offers a dynamic combination of indoor and outdoor space. The venue features two primary event areas, along with a versatile all-weather terrace. Designed for flexibility, it provides a wide range of branding opportunities, allowing you to tailor the space to suit your unique event vision.
The full venue can accommodate up to 750 guests standing, 250 seated (format dependent), or 120 in a theatre-style setup. Within the venue, the Club space offers capacity for 400 standing, 100 seated (format dependent), and 120 theatre-style. Arch 14 can host up to 200 standing, 250 seated (format dependent), or 120 in a theatre layout.
Hackney Venues
The West Reservoir Centre exudes unique character, with original water station features preserved as striking focal points. It is an ideal venue for art exhibitions, fundraising events, or weddings. In the main tower, 150 guests can enjoy a standing reception or 130 can be seated for dinner. The space also has onsite parking, a valuable convenience in busy London.
The windows in Hackney Town Hall’s Assembly Hall are awe-inspiring. The sprung dance floor is original, and the 1930’s chandeliers are exquisite. This vast room can be broken down into three smaller rooms with partitions and is equipped with AV facilities. 550 guests can enjoy a lovely standing reception in this space, and 300 can be seated for dinner. When it’s partitioned, each of the three spaces can hold 80 guests for a sit-down meal or 180 if they are standing.
RHS Venues - Lindley Hall
Lindley Hall, situated in the heart of Westminster, is one of London's largest uninterrupted event spaces, offering 875 square meters (approximately 9,400 square feet) of flexible floor area. The venue features a stunning glass-vaulted ceiling, allowing natural light to flood the space, and can be fully blacked out for various events. Its dimensions include a main hall measuring 36 meters by 22 meters, an annex of 13.4 meters by 6.3 meters, and a gallery area of 16 meters by 4.5 meters. The hall boasts a ceiling height of 13.5 meters at its highest point, enhancing its grandeur. Depending on the event format, Lindley Hall can accommodate up to 700 standing guests, 450 for a banquet, 480 in a theatre-style setup, 350 in a cabaret arrangement, or 650 for a reception.
Over the years, Lindley Hall has hosted a wide array of events, demonstrating its versatility. Notably, it served as the venue for the 1946 World Snooker Championship and has been the site for numerous fashion shows, including those by Stella McCartney, Tom Ford, and Moschino. The hall has also been utilised for significant corporate events, such as product launches by Volkswagen and Maserati, and auctions by Coys of Kensington. Additionally, it has been featured in various media productions, including music videos for Robbie Williams and Harry Styles.
Linden House, Hammersmith
Linden House, a Grade II listed Georgian gem located on the banks of the Thames in Hammersmith, offers a versatile selection of private hire spaces ideal for a range of events. The venue boasts several beautifully appointed rooms, including the ground floor Ballroom, which accommodates up to 80 guests for a standing reception or 68 for seated dining, and includes access to the Captain’s Room and River Terrace. The Captain’s Room itself provides a more intimate setting for up to 30 guests standing or 24 seated. On the first floor, the Commodore’s Room offers flexible layouts for meetings or private dinners, while the adjoining Member’s Bar is perfect for informal gatherings of up to 40. Outdoors, the River Terrace can host up to 150 standing guests — ideal for summer events or drinks receptions.
