Yes, that’s right – we are excited to announce that we’ve officially moved into our new kitchen, located in E1. This expanded space not only accommodates our growing team but also features state-of-the-art equipment to enhance our culinary capabilities.

Our new kitchen is divided into seven sections: pastry, hot food, cold food, raw meat, fish and vegetable preparation. This layout enables us to effectively prevent cross-contamination and maintain organisation, even during busy periods.

We have recently installed a brand-new modern air extraction system, featuring a fully-illuminated canopy that spans the entire hot section of the kitchen. This system is equipped with grease filters to capture emissions and ensure we remain environmentally responsible to both our surroundings and neighbours. Additionally, our ozone filters help reduce noise, minimising our contribution to the city’s sound pollution. To further enhance performance, this area is equipped with advanced Rational and Convotherm ovens, ensuring exceptional efficiency and output. By enhancing our cooking efficiency for large-scale food production, we are not only optimising energy consumption but also ensuring consistent food quality. Additionally, we have upgraded to more energy-efficient gas rings, deep-fat fryers, and electric grills, all designed to minimise our carbon footprint.

To maintain the freshness of our produce, we installed new walk-in fridge and freezer systems equipped with dual condenser motors and integrated failsafe mechanisms, ensuring that our items retain their nutritional value for an extended period.

The newest addition to our kitchen is our top-of-the-range Thermomix, allowing us to elevate our culinary creations to new heights and bring even more innovative dishes to life.
