The minimum shift per staff member is five hours.

Drinks
We supply apple and orange juice for £3.85 + VAT per litre, as well as still and sparkling water for £3.25 + VAT per litre.
A complete wine list is available, with our house wines priced at £13.50 + VAT per bottle. We can also provide a quotation for alternative soft drinks and alcoholic beverages upon request.
Hire of equipment
If you require rental services for crockery, cutlery, glassware, furniture, and other items, we would be pleased to provide you with guidance on your specific needs and a detailed cost estimate.
Delivery
Delivery charges will vary based on your distance from our kitchen in Shadwell. As a standard practice, we provide all items in disposable and biodegradable packaging to help minimise our carbon footprint during transportation.
Payment Terms
For large events, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the function. Account facilities are available for regular customers and invoices are payable within 14 days.
Cancellations
Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 35 hours’ notice. Cancellations made outside of this timeframe will incur a full charge.
